- Do you provide services on holidays or weekends?
Sure we do. We provide scheduled care as well as on-call staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- How soon can the home health care services be given after the request is made?
Within 48 hours upon physician’s order.
- How do I know which of the home health services I will need the most?
Please consult your physician to know which is the most appropriate services for you or if you really need these care programs at all. Consult your friends, talk to your family. For a more formal recommendation, you can set an appointment with us for a home health needs assessment.
- How often are services given once request is approved?
It depends on the type of service you choose, the necessity, and of course, depends upon how often your physician requires formal care and assistance from a nurse or therapist at our agency.
- Who qualifies for home health care services?
Any Medicare patient that is homebound. Homebound means that leaving home takes considerable and taxing effort and you may only leave home for medical treatment, going to the pharmacy to pick up your medication or attending religious services.
